Welcome to **The Aesthetic Aura**. By scheduling consultations or receiving clinical treatments, you agree to comply with our patient guidelines and cancellation policies below.
1. Appointment Booking & Confirmations
Submitting an online form does not constitute a guaranteed clinical time slot. An appointment is only confirmed once our front desk calls or WhatsApps you directly to lock in the hour. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Since clinical sessions (especially laser and injectables) require dedicated machine prep and staff slots, we ask that you request cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled slot.
3. Treatment & Prescriptions Disclaimer
Aesthetic and dermatology outcomes vary by individual skin qualities, genetic root density, and post-procedural maintenance. Our consultations provide a scientific roadmap, but individual responses to peels, PRP, and injectables are subject to physical variance.
4. Compliance with Medical Instructions
For your safety, you must strictly follow the pre and post-treatment guidelines defined by Dr. Sarah Bilal and our skin practitioners (e.g. wearing high-quality physical sunblock, avoiding direct heat, or omitting acids/retinol before laser sessions).
